Thank you for considering our storage facility for all of your storage needs. We recommend that you read through these important bullet points that you will need to know before renting with us.

-We require all tenants to pay a security deposit equal to one month rental. We will be refund the deposit once you move out of your unit, and leave it the same way you found it.

-We require an active credit/debit card on file at all times for recurring billing.

-If you have put a unit on reserve, please make sure you have made your payment prior to arrival because there is no sales office onsite.

-Upon renting with us, please check your email to receive your gate code. The code will end with a #.

-The gate hours are 6am-11pm, 7 days a week.

-Please maintain a lock on your unit at all times. Please make sure all of your items are stored inside your locked unit. If any items are left outside these items will be considered abandoned and you will be charged a minimum of $50 to dispose of any & all discarded items.

-To move out of your unit please take a picture of your empty unit with the unit number visible and text it to (207) 310-7360 or email it to info@starkstorage.com. If it is the last day of the month, be sure the photo is sent on or before 5:00 pm to NOT be charged for next months rent, no exceptions. We do not prorate on move out day.

Directions

Start: Head West on Route 302 starting from the Bridgton Twin Drive-In.
Downtown: Drive 2 miles into town, passing the Magic Lantern Theater and Pondicherry Park on your left.
Main St: Continue straight through the traffic light, passing the Rufus Porter Museum; the road becomes N High St.
The Drive: Drive approx. 5 miles past Highland Lake, heading toward the view of Pleasant Mountain.
Arrive: Stark Storage will be on your right at 1161 N High St (West Bridgton).
