Terms & Conditions

Thank you for considering our facility for all of your storage needs.  We recommend that you read through these important bullet points that you will need to know before renting with us.

-We require all tenants to pay a security deposit equal to the amount of the unit. The deposit will be refunded once you move out of your unit, and leave it the same way you found it. The picture of the empty unit must be sent prior to 5pm, if sending on the last day of the month.

-We require an active credit/debit card on file at all times for recurring billing. 

-If you have put a unit on reserve, please make sure you have made your payment prior to arrival because there is no sales office onsite.

-Upon renting with us, please check your email to receive your gate code. The code will end with a #.

-The gate hours are from 6am-11pm, 7 days a week.

-To move out of your unit please take a picture of your empty unit with the unit number visible and text it to (207)310-7360 or email it to info@starkstorage.com. We do not prorate on move out day.

-Please make sure to maintain a lock on your unit at all times and that all of your items are secured in your locked unit. If any items are left outside of your unit, they will be considered abandoned and you will be charged a minimum of $50 for disposal fee.
